Job Description
This position primarily involves working directly with our end user clients. You develop strong working relationships with them in order to address questions about our product and diagnose issues that arise through the usage of our software in both production and theoretical environments.
In addition to providing support via phone, e-mail, web-based chat, and remote access sessions, the Software Support Engineer will be required to install new software systems.
